Diabetes Meter Mates With PC/Phone to Track Trends

The device  looks like a fancy USB thumb drive, with an extra appendage. The appendage is the business end of the glucose meter, where the patient inserts a test strip dabbed with a drop of blood.

The device sells for $75. It’s loaded with software that runs when you plug it into a USB port, and can show you various charts and logs of how your blood-sugar levels vary over time.
